Over the years, we've had the privilege to work on some seriously cool projects. From cozy family homes to ambitious commercial spaces, each one's got its own story. Here's a glimpse into what keeps us up at night (in a good way).
West Vancouver, BC | 2024
Honestly, this one was a dream. The clients wanted something that felt like it belonged to the landscape, not just sitting on it. We went with natural stone, huge glass panels, and a roof design that echoes the mountain lines behind it.
Downtown Vancouver, BC | 2023
Mixed-use development that's all about bringing people together. Retail on the ground floor, offices above, and rooftop gardens that actually get used. Plus, we hit LEED Gold, which was kinda the whole point.
Kitsilano, Vancouver, BC | 2024
Right near the beach, this place needed to handle salt air and unpredictable weather while keeping that indoor-outdoor flow going. We used marine-grade materials and a design that lets ocean breezes move through naturally.
Gastown, Vancouver, BC | 2023
This 1890s brick building was falling apart, but man, the bones were good. We preserved the original facade, reinforced the structure, and retrofitted everything to modern standards without losing that old-world character.
Shaughnessy, Vancouver, BC | 2024
The client wanted their backyard to feel like an escape. We designed pathways, water features, and native plantings that transition seamlessly from the house. It's become their favorite room, honestly.
Burnaby, BC | 2023
Three-story addition that had to match the existing structure but also stand out. We added vertical gardens, collaborative spaces, and lots of natural light. The company's been using it as a recruiting tool ever since.
Mount Pleasant, Vancouver, BC | 2024
Old warehouse turned family home. We kept the exposed beams and brick, but added warmth with wood accents and strategic lighting. It's raw but cozy - exactly what they wanted.
Yaletown, Vancouver, BC | 2023
Restaurant design where every table's got a view. Floor-to-ceiling windows, nautical materials, and an open kitchen that's part of the show. The chef wanted theatre, and we delivered.
Kerrisdale, Vancouver, BC | 2022
Bringing a 1912 mansion into the 21st century without killing its soul. New mechanical systems, insulation, and windows - all hidden behind carefully restored moldings and original details.
North Vancouver, BC | 2024
Perched on a slope with trees all around. We designed it to float above the forest floor on stilts, minimal site disturbance, maximum connection to nature. Living here's gotta feel like a treehouse - the grown-up version.
Olympic Village, Vancouver, BC | 2023
Turned a boring rooftop into communal green space for the whole building. Raised planters, seating areas, even a small vegetable garden. Now it's where everyone hangs out on summer evenings.
Robson Street, Vancouver, BC | 2024
High-end retail that's all about the experience. We played with levels, lighting, and materials to create distinct zones. Every corner's Instagram-worthy, which was kinda the brief.
Main Street, Vancouver, BC | 2023
Making the most of a tiny footprint. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, and it doesn't feel cramped at all. Smart storage, vaulted ceilings, and skylights that bring in tons of light. Proof that small can be mighty.
Got a project in mind? Whether it's a new build, renovation, or you're just kicking ideas around, we'd love to chat. Coffee's on us.
